I've only trained with Bryan twice a week for about three months, and I'm thrilled with the progress we've made so far.

We have continued my workouts since and now I can take 2 steps at a time walking up a flight of stairs plus I now walk just as fast as I did 20 years ago.

Me and Jamar did a lot of working out during our college years. I seen excellent results such as massive gains and core body strength.
